Complaints Procedure

If your Happy with your treatment tell others, if your unhappy with your treatment tell us.

If you are unhappy with any treatment please make arrangements to come in and see us.

There will always be times when things don't go to plan.

 We are never negligent in our treatments.

We will always do our utmost to correct any problem.

We cannot correct a problem if you don't come in to see us.

Unfortunately we cannot correct a problem if you have sought treatment elsewhere.

We take photographs at every stage of your treatment so we have an accurate record of before and after to asses any problems.

We will not tolerate any abuse.

 We are never abusive to our clients and will not accept it from our Clients.

 Please accept if we have refused treatment.

 We will not treat you if you are not suitable for treatment.
